Guide To Becoming A Member

Step 1: Determine if you are eligible for membership.

Browse our eligibility list to find out if your company, group, or area is eligible for membership.

Step 2: Visit a branch office or start your membership application online.

Step 3: Verify your identity.

Under federal regulations, you will be required to verify your identity. We will ask you to provide one valid, unexpired form of Primary ID as listed below. Please Note: Your current residential address must be displayed on the form of ID presented.

When using the online membership application process, you will receive a text message requesting you to upload your identification.

Qualifying Primary Forms of ID:

  • Driver’s License

  • Passport

  • State ID

  • Alien ID

  • Military ID

  • Student ID with Driver’s License or Transcript

  • Casino License

For Minors – in addition to primary ID for the adult, original or certified birth certificate issued by a U.S. state, jurisdiction or territory (birth registration cards and foreign birth certificates are not accepted) or Social Security Card.

Note: Minor accounts cannot be opened online.

Qualifying Secondary Forms of ID:

If the Primary ID has no address listed, or lists a P.O. Box we must obtain a secondary ID form that ties you to your physical residence. This ID must also be valid and unexpired.

  • Utility bill (gas, electric or water)

  • Real estate tax bill

  • Lease agreement

  • Mortgage statement

Step 4: Minimum Initial Deposit.

To open your Primary Share Savings Account (a base account required of all members), a minimum initial deposit of $5.00 is required and must remain in the account. Think of this as your "share" in the credit union, keeping you an active member and maintaining your eligibility to take advantage of all of the products and services the credit union offers. At a branch office, you can fund your account once your account has been opened.

If you are establishing your membership online, you will have the option to fund your account immediately or at a later date. You will receive an email with a link to sign the necessary documents.
