    Two Choices for Enrollment:

      1. From a computer, follow steps below.

      2. From your mobile phone, download the app first and at the login screen, tap the online banking icon (bottom of screen) and follow from Step 2.

    Step 1: You must log on to www.abcofcu.org and click on ONLINE BANKING LOGON

    Step 2: Click on the link for First Time User - enroll in online banking

    Step 3: Check the box that you are not a robot

    Step4: Your Security Code will be the last 4 of the Primary Account Holders Social Security Number

    Step 5: You will be prompted to create a new login ID (cannot be your Member Number but you can use your previous login ID).

    Step 6: After you create your new logon ID, you will be promoted to enter your old security code which is the last 4 digits of your SSN and asked to create a new security code (Password).

    Step 7: You will be asked to create three security questions.

    Step 8: Accept the Terms & Conditions

    Step 9: You will be prompted to enter your mobile number.

    You will be accepted into your NEW Online Banking.

    Now do the following to load our new Mobile App:

    Go to the playstore to download our new app (Dark Green with white ABCO logo: ABCO FCU Mobile)

    Use the same newly created logon credentials (Logon ID and Security Code just created).

    Note: Business Accounts logging in or enrolling in our New Online Banking need to enter the last four digits of the EIN on file.

Settings

Account Nicknames access within Settings/Account Preferences

  • Accounts will be listed as *1232=01 (asterisk and last 4 of member number followed by account type code
  • Edit/rename the account/save
  • Profile access to saved passwords, security questions, change address, email address

Accounts

On the Accounts Screen, you will see your Checking, Savings and Loan Accounts (Loans and Visa Credit Card Accounts)

  • Tap the specific account to view the account details and transactions of that account

Loan Accounts

  • For Visa Accounts, balances on this screen take 2 days to update. To view “Real Time” balances and transactions: Click on the Visa tile, press Continue, which will redirect you to a new page. UChoose rewards are also accessible from this page.
  • For all other loan accounts, tap to view loan account details

Internal Transfers

  • Click Transfers to move money internally within your ABCO accounts
  • Click on the custom receipts link to send money to another ABCO Member. You must have their member number to use this feature.
  • For recurring transfers, click to set up the date
  • Maximum timeframe is 10 years.
  • On this screen, you can review scheduled transfers

Bill Pay/ External Transfers

    Members must have an ABCO Checking Account to Enroll in Bill Pay
    Once enrolled:
  • Set up and manage bill payors
  • Enter manually or take a picture of your bill
  • View incoming payments, bills due, pending and recent payments
  • Schedule recurring bill payments
  • For all other loan accounts, tap to view loan account details
  • Transfer Funds Externally (Set Up Required)
  • View pending and recent transfers
  • *Note: The first time you enroll, you need to scroll down and select, "What else can I do?" in order to proceed to the next screen.

Log in Password Tips

Avoid the need for password resets!

  • Before entering your Password (Security Code), tap the eyeball to view the characters
  • Be sure you have entered the correct Password (Security Code)
  • To set up biometrics, once signed in, go to More

Manage your card(s)

Manage debit and credit card data

  • Turn card(s) on/off
  • View balances, make payments, view recent transactions
  • See rewards, spend insights, card(s) on file and statements
  • Manage card: Set up Controls & Alerts and notify us of your Travel Plans
  • Report Lost or Stolen, Replace Card and Manage Pin

Transfer & Pay

  • Make internal transfers**
  • View scheduled transfers
  • Pay bills, Manage bill payors and view activity
  • **Note:Member to member transfers are done in Online Banking

Deposit

  • Deposit a check remotely***
  • View mobile deposit history
  • ***Note: The endorsement on the back of the check must include, "For Mobile Deposit to ABCO FCU" and the Member Number, or the deposit will be rejected

What Functions must be done from Online Banking Only?

    Settings:
  • Profile changes: Logon ID, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Time Zone
  • Security and Alerts: Security Questions, Alerts
  • Accounts: Account Preferences: Manage sorting, nicknames, visibility and favorite
